A few months ago, NGH implemented a new electronic image sharing system called PocketHealth. This platform enables patients and staff to share imaging records (x-rays, CT scans, etc.) with hospitals and physicians quickly, securely, and more efficiently. Now, we’re excited to share an update about how you access your imaging records through this platform.
Beginning March 30, 2026, NGH will cover the cost of PocketHealth for all patients. This means you can access, view, download, and share your imaging records from NGH through PocketHealth at no cost to you.
With this change, you’ll be able to easily:
- request your imaging records
- view your images online
- download copies for your personal files, and
- securely share them with your care providers.
This new model ensures that both you and your care team can benefit from faster, easier access to imaging records and greater engagement in your care.
