NGH is a family-oriented, rural hospital, where every member of our staff is family. Our patients are our friends, neighbors, and family members, and we go out of our way to provide the special care they need. The hospital was remodeled in 2019, now featuring all-private rooms, and a bright and cheery atmosphere. For a small rural hospital, we offer a great deal of services including: radiology, laboratory, 24-hour ER/EMS services, general surgery, physical therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, and an exceptional wellness center (open to our staff at no charge, and open to the public for memberships!)!
Our three clinics – located in Nocona, Bowie, and Saint Jo – are open for all of your family practice needs. And the physicians you see in clinic are the same who will see you if you need to utilize our emergency or inpatient services! We are currently expanding our Nocona clinic to to provide space to additional specialists who can their local patients closer to home. The next phase of this project will be to remodel our emergency department to accommodate our emergent patients in a more efficient and comfortable environment!
