You asked – we listened!

First, we have made changes to our hospital billing statements. You will no longer received multiple statements for each account, but one single statement which will have a breakdown of all of your accounts. Other statement enhancements include:

  • Itemization of insurance payments
  • Detail of the hospital-adjusted portion (adjusted based on insurance contracts)
  • Clear notation of your financial responsibility

Also, you can now pay your bill online! This portal will provide you with the option to pay your bill in full, schedule recurring payments, or set up a payment plan. Visit personapay.com/nocona or click on “Pay Hospital Bill” at the top of our home page, and you will be directed to the payment portal.
